Scoring & Next Steps

  • 80 – 100 points: Excellent – Your procurement practices are well-optimized. Maintain continuous improvement.
  • 60 – 79 points: Good – Your foundation is strong, but some areas need enhancement.
  • 40 – 59 points: Average – There are noticeable inefficiencies. Focus on data quality, cost savings, and strategic sourcing.
